Welcome to Willistown Knoll, a townhouse community located in Willistown Township.   The community is situated on a historic farming property, dating back to the original Penn Grant.  Comprised of 203 townhouses, the community was built in the late 1980s and early 1990s to provide affordable housing for those wishing to live in Willistown Township in Chester County, Pennsylvania in accordance to the National Affordable Housing Act.
